You know what I really enjoy? Being micromanaged. It is tons of fun. In fact, someone is looking over my shoulder and reading this blog right now. He just gave the first couple sentences an enthusiastic thumbs up.
Seriously, who the hell can engage in these sort of practices, look themselves in the mirror and then say “I am good at my job”? That person is a buffoon, no matter how accomplished they say they are. I was just told I have to delete the previous two sentences. I am going to be disobedient. Lundberg.me needs no editor (other than me of course).
If you are in a similar position, remember this, the voice in your head is generally correct. The one that says “why?,” “this is dumb” and “you are an idiot,” amongst others things. People are hired to do their jobs. Let them do them. And if they aren’t good at them, hire someone who is.
Micromanaging is just wrong. It’s WROOONNGG! *Eric Cartman voice*.
